Senior Account Executive
Osprey Flight Solutions - Full-time - Global client base, regular international travel - Location: remote. Must be willing to travel to the office (Basingstoke) and internationally as required.
Why this role, why now
Airlines are flying into a messier world than they were a decade ago: conflict zones, sanctions, cyber threats, flight bans that can appear overnight. Osprey Flight Solutions built the category that helps them make sense of it, pairing AI-driven analytics with expert human intelligence to give operators risk intelligence they rely on.
We've recently closed a £40 million growth investment to push that further, and we're building out the commercial team to match. Join now and you're stepping into a proven SaaS business at the point where funding, product and timing all line up.
What you'll be doing
- Run the full sales cycle for new business: prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation and close.
- Build and manage an enterprise pipeline, working directly with Heads of Security, Operations leaders and C-suite stakeholders at airlines and operators worldwide.
- Turn Osprey's intelligence and analytics into value propositions that make commercial sense to each buyer, not just technical sense.
- Open new relevant verticals, working closely with Product, Intelligence and Customer Success to shape solutions and feed market insight back into the business.
- Represent Osprey at industry events, webinars and conferences, and help build its reputation as the trusted voice in aviation risk intelligence.
- Keep your pipeline and forecasts accurate, so leadership always has a real read on the number.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll bring
- A consistent track record of hitting or beating enterprise SaaS sales targets.

- Comfort operating with real autonomy in a fast-moving, still-scaling company.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Even better if you have
- Exposure to aviation, aerospace, insurance or InsurTech, or another data-driven B2B category.
