About the Company

Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to develop new business, manage complex sales opportunities, and convert prospective clients into long-term partnerships.

About the Role

This is a full-cycle sales role requiring strategic prospecting, consultative discovery, executive-level presentations, negotiation, and closing. You will work directly with founders, business owners, and senior decision-makers to understand their needs and recommend high-value professional services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Build relationships with founders, business owners, executives, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, priorities, budget, and decision process.
  • Present the company’s services, capabilities, pricing, and value proposition.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, contract execution, and client handoff.
  • Develop account strategies and customized solutions for high-value prospects.
  • Navigate multiple stakeholders and build consensus throughout complex sales cycles.
  • Address objections involving pricing, timing, risk, competition, and service value.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast, contact history, and next steps in the CRM.
  • Meet established prospecting, pipeline, conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support client acquisition and onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities for referrals, renewals, account expansion, and long-term revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Senior Account Executive, Enterprise Account Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success generating leads, building pipeline, and closing high-value products or professional services.
  • Experience selling to founders, business owners, C-suite executives, or senior leadership teams.
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication through phone, video, email, proposals, and executive presentations.
  • Strong CRM, account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, resilient, and comfortable working independently.
  • Reliable home-office environment and strong remote-work discipline.
  • Comfortable working in a 100% commission-only position.

  • You are a strategic salesperson who knows how to create opportunities, earn executive trust, and move complex deals forward.
  • You are comfortable owning the entire sales process and do not need to rely on a heavily structured environment.
  • You communicate confidently without using a high-pressure approach.
  • You ask strong questions, understand the client’s business, follow up consistently, and know how to turn relationships into revenue.

Pay range and compensation package
