Account Executive – Hospitality Financial Services
£60,000–£65,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE £120,000–£130,000+
Hybrid | London field-based | East Croydon office approximately once every two weeks
An established outsourced financial services provider is seeking a commercially driven Account Executive to win new business and support its next phase of growth within the restaurant and luxury hospitality sectors.
This is an opportunity for an experienced new-business salesperson to develop a strong network across the hospitality industry, build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and play an important role in shaping a growing sales function.

The company is an established accountancy and outsourced financial services firm with a long-standing reputation in the UK hospitality market.

It provides bookkeeping, accounting and wider finance support to restaurants, bars, hotels and hospitality groups across the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal and close.
- Generate new business through outbound activity, networking, referrals and relationship building.
- Develop trusted relationships with hospitality operators, founders, CEOs and CFOs.
- Represent the business at industry events and increase its visibility across the sector.
- Work closely with accountants and client service teams to ensure a first-class customer experience.
- Help develop the sales approach, messaging and UK sales playbook.

Career Progression and Support
You will receive hands-on support from experienced hospitality finance specialists while taking ownership of new-business development. As the sales function grows, there will be scope to develop as a leading individual contributor or progress into a future sales leadership position.
Essential Experience
- Excellent knowledge of and interest in the hospitality sector, ideally restaurants.
- Proven Sales Account Executive experience or B2B sales experience, ideally in restaurants
- Proven success generating new business through outbound sales
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Consultative sales experience with senior hospitality decision-makers
