Head of Hospitality Sales

Premium Hospitality Launch | London
£60,000–£85,000 base + £40,000–£60,000 OTE

Be the face of a major new launch into London’s premium hospitality market. We’re looking for a senior hospitality sales professional with a genuine network across London’s premium hospitality scene to lead the launch of a new proposition built specifically for some of the best operators in the market.

Think five-star hotels, premium venues, contract caterers, members’ clubs, events businesses and leading multi-site hospitality groups.

This isn’t about inheriting a patch and working through a list of accounts. You’ll become the face of the business within premium hospitality, opening doors, building senior relationships, shaping how the proposition goes to market and establishing it within some of London’s most prestigious hospitality businesses.

And importantly, you’ll have serious infrastructure behind you.

The Business

This is an established, tech-led staffing platform changing the way businesses access and manage temporary workers.

Rather than relying on the traditional agency model, businesses can use the platform to access a large marketplace of pre-vetted temporary workers, post shifts, smart-match suitable people to those shifts and manage their flexible workforce through technology.

The platform supports everything from scheduling and attendance to worker ratings, preferred talent pools, timesheets, reporting and workforce analytics.

It is already operating at significant scale:

  • 240,000+ verified active workers
  • 95% average shift fulfilment rate
  • 30-minute average time to fill a shift
  • 92% of workers rated 4 stars or above

The technology and marketplace are established. Now the business is making a significant investment into the market where its journey originally began: hospitality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Premium Hospitality Launch

The next stage is about taking that established staffing model and building something specifically for the premium end of hospitality.

Five-star hotels and high-end venues have very different expectations when bringing temporary workers into their businesses.

They don’t simply need someone available to fill a shift. They need people who understand premium service, have the right experience and presentation, can represent their brand properly and can step seamlessly into demanding hospitality environments.

The initial launch will focus heavily on Central London’s five-star hotel market, before expanding further across premium venues, contract catering, events and hospitality groups.

You’ll be the person leading that commercial launch.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll initially own new business development across premium hospitality, with a particular focus on:

  • Five-star and luxury hotels
  • Contract catering
  • Premium restaurants and hospitality groups
  • Members’ clubs
  • Events and entertainment venues
  • Multi-site and national operators

Your network should help you get through doors that traditional outbound alone can’t open, but this is still very much a hunter role.

You’ll identify strategic accounts, build relationships across multiple departments and turn those conversations into large, long-term commercial partnerships.

This means understanding the different challenges facing Operations, HR, Procurement, General Management and senior leadership, then building a commercial case that resonates with each.

Deals can range from £3m–£5m through to significantly larger national opportunities, so you’ll need to be comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

What matters most is that you bring:

  • A strong existing network across London hospitality
  • Relationships with senior decision-makers across premium operators
  • Genuine credibility within hotels, contract catering, venues or hospitality groups
  • A proven new-business mentality and track record of opening doors
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • The ability to build relationships for the long term
  • Confidence operating with C-suite and senior hospitality leaders
  • Strong commercial awareness around margin and deal quality
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the hunger to build something new
  • Ambition to eventually build, lead and develop a team of your own

You do not need to come from staffing or SaaS.

Hospitality knowledge, commercial credibility and the strength of your network are far more important. The product and staffing model can be taught.

This Is a Career Move, Not Just Another Sales Job

As the proposition grows, this role is expected to grow with it.

The opportunity is to move from being the senior commercial person driving the market into building and managing a team, taking ownership of a growing hospitality function and eventually leading an entire department.

Working Style

This is a field-first hospitality sales role.

You should want to be in hotels, venues, restaurants, industry events and client meetings, not spending five days a week behind a laptop.

You’ll have a Central London office base, but the expectation is that you’ll spend a significant amount of your week out in the market, meeting operators and building relationships face-to-face.
