JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports To: Senior Account Manager

Location: Hybrid / minimum 2 days in office (Woking, Surrey)

Salary: Competitive

Fury Overview

At Fury, we create immersive brand experiences - combining bold ideas, obsessive craft, and a deep understanding of how people feel, think, and respond.

It’s how we’ve earned the trust of global brands for more than two decades.

We believe great experiences should move people - to feel, to act, to remember, and to share. Where others stop at the expected, we push beyond. From physical environments and live moments to digital spaces and content, we imagine, design, build, and deliver with care, emotion, and precision.

Honed in the world of Formula 1, we understand what it takes to perform under pressure - bringing discipline, creativity, and detail to every environment.

Role Overview

This role sits within one of our Formula 1 accounts and supports the delivery of a multi-event global sponsorship programme, covering project management, ticketing, guest management, hospitality, production and logistics. You will work across the full lifecycle of events, helping ensure every element of the programme is executed efficiently, professionally and on brand.

As a Senior Account Executive, you form the operational foundation of the team. You will support Account Managers and Directors with day-to-day tasks, maintain smooth workflows and tracking with ticketing, and help keep event delivery on schedule. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the sponsorship operates seamlessly - requiring someone who is diligent, detailed, proactive and highly organised.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
