The Role
We’re seeking an ambitious, commercially focused Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth across corporate accounts throughout the UK and Europe.
This is a quota-carrying, end-to-end sales position where you’ll take ownership of the entire customer journey — from identifying and developing opportunities through negotiation and close. You’ll be supported by colleagues across Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Sales Development and will report directly to the Head of EMEA Sales, while collaborating closely with the wider EMEA commercial team.
This opportunity will suit someone who thrives on developing trusted relationships with legal decision-makers. You’ll be comfortable leading insightful discovery conversations, delivering compelling demonstrations, navigating complex buying processes, and bringing multi-stakeholder opportunities to a successful close.
If you’re looking for genuine ownership, the opportunity to make an impact, and room to develop within a rapidly growing organisation, this could be the right next step.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of quarterly and annual new-business targets, consistently working to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans, identifying priority prospects and building a strong, sustainable pipeline.
- Manage a structured and effective sales process from qualification and discovery through demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and close.
- Establish trusted relationships with senior legal professionals, understanding their strategic priorities and translating them into a strong business case.
- Lead early-stage discovery sessions and product demonstrations, bringing in Sales Engineering and subject-matter experts for more detailed technical evaluations where appropriate.
- Manage proposals and RFP submissions, coordinating input from internal specialists when required.
- Drive opportunities through to signature, partnering with the legal team during contractual and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain accurate, timely pipeline and forecasting information within Salesforce.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
