Role in summary
Joining our Client Services department offers a range of opportunities for both personal and professional growth as an account handler. Working on some of our most creatively led brands, you’ll be supporting and helping to manage the delivery of smooth-running campaigns, promotions and brand activation projects.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a point of contact between departments to manage the day-to-day flow of more complex and in-depth projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and on brief
- Preparing information for client meetings, creating interesting, error-free and insightful decks
- Liaising with client contacts, responding to requests for information, providing accurate status updates and ad-hoc queries in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner
- Taking a role in preparing for, and at times attending pitch meetings. Assisting in pulling together the deck and project managing the delivery of pitch documents
- Pro-actively discussing with your Account Manager ideas to extend a client brief into new activity, seeking ways to optimise on new sources of revenue
- Analysing cost information for projects where we are seeking supplier support, negotiating and identifying cost savings before feeding into the client budget
- Carrying out product/retail audits and research to establish what competitive brands are doing, and the industries in which our clients work, continually recommending solutions for your client’s needs

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience working at an Account Executive level in an advertising agency or similar
- A background of working with clients in the FMCG sector, ideally on shopper, retail or promotional marketing projects
- The ability to communicate in a consistent and efficient manner with both team members and clients
- Proven experience working autonomously with clients
- Organisation and proactivity with the ability to project manage briefs
