The Opportunity
We're looking for an exceptional Senior Account Executive to help build the UK sales motion for one of the most ambitious AI companies in the finance technology space.
The business is reinventing the ERP category with an AI-native platform that automates accounting from data entry through to close.
The market is enormous, legacy-heavy and ripe for disruption.
This is an opportunity to join early, make a meaningful impact and help build the UK GTM motion rather than simply inherit an established territory.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close.
- Generate the majority of your own outbound pipeline.
- Run discovery with CFOs, Controllers and senior finance leaders.
- Deliver your own product demonstrations.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Close mid-market deals with five- and six-figure ACVs.
- Own 9–12 week sales cycles.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Partnerships and GTM.
- Feed customer insight directly into the product roadmap.
- Help define and refine the UK ICP and sales playbook.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
