Nimbl Recruitment for Senior Account Executive

Nimbl are recruiting a talented and ambitious Senior Account Executive to join an award-winning Brand Experience agency. If you have 3+ years’ experience in a relevant agency or industry environment and are ready to take the next step in your career, this is a fantastic opportunity to do just that. Salary: £32K - £35K
Location: London (2 days per week) / 3 WFH

Purpose of The Role

An integral part of the client service team playing a supportive role to ensure client projects are managed effectively and efficiently. You will be a central cog in the day to day running of client projects and manage internal communications between key teams.

Client Account Management

  • An understanding of what is meant by Brand Experiences and how it works within the marketing mix
  • Supports delivery of client work by coordinating and updating project management tasks and documentation such as timing plans, status reports, contact reports, budgets and briefing documents.
  • Able to identify key milestones within any project and manage timelines accordingly. Ensures deadlines are communicated and met.
  • Keeps front on mind clients objectives and communicates any project changes that may influence ability to deliver against them
  • Does not commit the agency to unrealistic timings or budgets
  • Able to report and evaluate the success of a campaign against associated objectives.
  • Demonstrate sufficient presentation skills to set the agenda and lead and client status meetings
  • Builds strong relationships with internal and external teams, understanding their role within the overall delivery of a campaign.
  • Able to work independently to deliver against client requirements, manages upwards for important issues the influence, time, target or budget.
  • Understands the creative and artwork process, follows timing guidelines to ensure appropriate sign off processes
  • Manages time and workload effectively to deliver against the requirements of the role

  • Knowledgeable about clients’ business objectives able to translate these into brand experience solutions.

Financial Management and Commercial Performance

  • Tracks against budgets for client campaigns ensuring that things are delivered on time and in budget. Bills everything that can be.
  • Works in the spirit of time is money, focusing appropriate effort into tasks and directs others accordingly.
  • Ensures approval of estimates before money is committed. Obtains purchase orders
  • Demonstrates negotiation skills when working with suppliers to ensure we achieve the best price possible
  • Understands the financial process and goes through budgets on a weekly basis to ensure costs are posted correctly and jobs have not gone over budget.

  • Works collaboratively with internal and external teams, demonstrating a supportive, respectful attitude
  • Ensuring knowledge is effectively shared with other teams in the agency
