Compensation: £80,000–£90,000 base salary, depending on relevant experience and track record, plus uncapped commission of 7–12% of first-year ARR.
Help HR leaders improve performance management inside Microsoft 365.
Teamflect is a UK-based software company bringing performance reviews, goals, 360-degree feedback, employee engagement and manager conversations into Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
We’re hiring an experienced Senior Account Executive to win new customers and help grow our business. You’ll own the sales cycle: identifying promising accounts, starting conversations, understanding business needs, demonstrating Teamflect and closing agreements.
This is an individual-contributor role for someone who enjoys both creating opportunities and converting them into revenue.
What you’ll do
- Generate your own pipeline. Research target accounts, identify relevant decision-makers and build opportunities through email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals and professional relationships.
- Make outreach relevant. Understand each account’s priorities and identify a credible reason to start a conversation.
- Run effective discovery. Understand how prospects manage employee performance today, where their processes fall short and what would justify a change.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations. Connect Teamflect’s capabilities to the prospect’s needs and show how the product fits into their Microsoft 365 environment.
- Manage complex buying conversations. Build relationships across HR, IT, procurement and leadership, and keep the buying process moving.
- Negotiate and close. Own commercial discussions, proposals and follow-up through to signature, then provide a clear handover to Customer Success.
- Maintain a dependable forecast. Keep your CRM records current, qualify opportunities honestly and identify risks early.
- Improve how we sell. Share customer feedback, test messaging and contribute approaches that the wider team can use.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
