We’re Hiring for an Account Manager and Senior Account Executive

We’re looking for people with experience in account management or client services (ideally within an agency) who can confidently step into live accounts. As the primary point of contact for your clients, you’ll build trusted relationships and work closely with specialists across the agency to bring together our digital marketing expertise and shape effective strategies for clients.

About the Role

We're proud of the culture we've built — a place where you'll work with brilliant clients, and a friendly and collaborative team that genuinely cares about doing great work and supporting each other. As part of our team, you can expect a 4.5-day working week, flexible working and a collaborative, dog-friendly office in central Leeds.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of smaller client accounts and defined campaign workstreams, ensuring smooth and effective day-to-day delivery.
  • Lead weekly status calls and provide clear, insightful updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Translate client requirements into accurate, actionable briefs for our specialist teams.
  • Review performance reports, identifying key insights and beginning to develop your own recommendations.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and channel specialists to support campaign planning and delivery.
  • Monitor progress and performance, flagging risks or issues early and helping to identify practical solutions.
  • Contribute to client meeting decks, strategic plans and proposals for further growth.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication, reliability and a thorough understanding of their priorities.
  • Continue developing your digital marketing knowledge through training, reading and working closely with specialists across the agency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
