About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished, highly capable Senior Account Executive to manage the day-to-day delivery, relationship health, and operational scale of a premier global technology partner.

This client operates at lightning speed, expects high precision, and requires absolute operational transparency. Stationed full-time in our Belfast hub, you will oversee an expansive delivery engine: directly guiding roughly 8 Team Leads and driving performance across their broader front line teams. Operating across local desks, remote contributors, and a global "follow-the-sun" model, you will be acting as the cultural anchor who keeps your teams motivated, aligned, and performing at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational rhythm: deliver rigorous daily performance metrics, Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), and strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Translate rapid, shifting priorities into clear, achievable roadmaps while maintaining clear boundaries around team capacity and scope.
  • Scaled Leadership & Global Continuity
    • Directly coach, lead, and develop 8 Team Leads, fostering operational excellence and autonomous problem-solving.
    • Ensure seamless, continuous service delivery by optimizing handovers and communication between on-site Belfast staff and global, follow-the-sun cohorts.
    • Own end-to-end SLA, KPI, and quality targets, diagnosing workflow bottlenecks before they impact client outcomes.
  • Momentum, Resilience & Culture
    • Be an energetic, visible presence on the floor in Belfast—setting a tone of high performance, collaboration, and steady composure under pressure.
    • Combat attrition in a fast-paced environment through proactive engagement initiatives, recognition rhythms, and clear team advocacy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
