Senior Account Executive
Location: Hybrid (London)
Package: £80k - £90k base, uncapped double OTE, and stock
We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth for a fast-growing AI SaaS vendor delivering enterprise software solutions. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a true hunter environment, has proven experience selling into the construction industry, and can take ownership of complex enterprise sales across EMEA.
If you’ve built your career selling enterprise SaaS or technology solutions into construction businesses and complex organisations, and enjoy navigating long sales cycles while closing high-value deals, this role offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a scaling business.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and delivering against a £500k+ new business revenue target
- Driving full-cycle enterprise sales from outbound prospecting through to close
- Building and managing a robust pipeline across target accounts
- Selling into organisations across construction, as well as adjacent sectors including manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics
- Engaging senior stakeholders across operations, IT, and digital transformation functions
- Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes across 3–9 month sales cycles
- Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams
- Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM
- Consistently hitting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years experience in enterprise B2B sales within SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven experience selling SaaS, software, or technology solutions into the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction businesses, their commercial environment, and the stakeholders involved in technology purchasing decisions
- Proven track record closing £30k+ – £150k+ deals in complex sales environments
- Strong new business acquisition experience with a hunter mentality
- Expertise in consultative or value-based sales methodologies
- Comfortable managing long, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- A self-starter with a proactive and resilient mindset
