🚀 Senior Account Executive | £35-40k + Monthly Commission | Start January 2027
Connecting Education is thrilled to be partnering with a fast-growing EdTech compliance software business to find their next Senior Account Executive to work within a growing commercial team through an exciting phase of growth.
Our client is a genuine leader in the EdTech space, with a product schools love and a business that's scaling fast. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a role where you'll have real influence over how the team performs and grows.
What you'll be doing:
- 🎯 Owning and driving ambitious sales targets – mixture of NB, Xsell & Upsell
- 📊 Managing pipeline in HubSpot and delivering accurate, reliable forecasting
- 📞 Using Jiminny to support call coaching and performance (experience here is a plus)
- 🤝 Attending events around the country to meet school leaders face-to-face
- 🌱 Coaching and mentoring other team members
- ✨ Bringing energy, positivity and a can-do mentality to everything you do

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience selling EdTech products to MATs
- Strong CRM skills, ideally HubSpot, with a disciplined approach to pipeline hygiene and forecasting
- A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly both internally and with customers
- Resilience and adaptability, comfortable operating in a fast-growth, evolving environment
- A genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams

What's on offer:
- £35-40,000 base + monthly bonus
- Remote-first working, with regular team get-togethers to keep the culture strong
- A North West-based candidate preferred, but not essential
- Planned start date: January 2027
