Senior Account Executive - Europe (Hybrid, London)

A fast-scaling global SaaS company in the property operations and compliance space is expanding across Europe - and we’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead the charge.
This is the first GTM hire to fully build out the European market: a role for someone who wants to build a region, shape strategy, and become the benchmark seller for future growth.

With early traction in Europe (15 new customers) despite no one truly focusing on this market, we're looking for someone to spearhead this.
The Role
As our Senior AE for Europe, you’ll be responsible for opening new markets and driving net-new revenue across the region.
You will:
- Own full-cycle sales across Europe, starting with the Netherlands → Belgium → Nordics
- Manage deal sizes from $20k to $500k, with cycles ranging 30 days to 9 months
- Travel regularly to meet prospects and customers
- Build the European playbook in partnership with UK leadership
- Join a small, high-impact UK sales team (London, Midlands, Newcastle)
- Act as a role-model AE with clear potential to grow with the business

You’re a builder with commercial grit — someone who thrives in scale-up environments and knows how to create momentum in new markets.

- Proven success in new-business SaaS
- Experience selling into European markets, ideally launching or growing a region
- Hustle, resilience and comfort with autonomy
- Ability to travel and operate across cultures
- Bonus: European languages (Dutch, German, French, Nordic)
- Bonus: Experience selling into regulated industries or field-service-heavy sectors
