Introduction
Socially Powerful is a global social media marketing agency offering bespoke, end-to-end services to our clients. Our rapidly growing team of creatives, strategists, designers, editors, and account managers work together to create impactful content for our list of global brands, covering FMCG, fashion, beauty, and tech. Our agency is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Accounts team and work to deliver exceptional campaigns with our current and forthcoming clients.
About the Role
The Accounts team sits at the heart of the agency and in this role, you will work closely with every department, as well as a variety of client-side stakeholders to independently and proactively lead some of our large accounts - becoming their trusted point of contact.
We are seeking a driven individual who is passionate about influencer and performance marketing and is ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you will receive first-class on-the-job training to aid your personal development, all whilst working across a range of exciting clients, from beauty to tech to FMCG.
- 2+ years of experience working within influencer marketing or social media marketing.
- Genuine passion for social media, Influencer and Performance Marketing.
- Exceptional organisation and ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to an extremely high standard, in a fast-paced environment, while always maintaining an eye for detail.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with problems in a logical and efficient way.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communication and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload.
- Desirable Languages (aside from English): French, Spanish, or German

Responsibilities
- Respond to client briefs and work with wider teams to develop bold, effective creative informed by consumer, cultural, competitive, and platform insights.
- Contribute to proposals, pitches, and presentations, bringing clear ideas and recommendations to life.
- Build strong client relationships, supporting day-to-day communications and developing a strong understanding of clients, brands, and objectives.
- Contribute ideas in creative sessions, challenge briefs, and help develop effective campaign solutions.
- Manage sizeable projects and Accounts, overseeing multiple influencer and social campaigns, timelines, and KPIs.
- Own campaign delivery, including influencer identification, outreach, briefing, negotiation, content production, and management.
- Manage campaign budgets, administration, and profitability, escalating issues and providing solutions where needed.
- Support reporting and client communications, providing clear updates, insights, and recommendations throughout delivery.
- Take increasing ownership of Accounts with minimal oversight, supporting briefs, RFIs, RFPs, and identifying opportunities for additional activity.
- Support client and internal meetings, kick-offs, campaign reviews, and pitches, communicating confidently with stakeholders.
- Contribute to new business opportunities, proposals, pitches, and wider commercial opportunities.
- Support and upskill interns and new joiners, sharing Account knowledge and contributing to the wider agency.
- Maintain high standards of quality, organisation, and accuracy across campaigns, reporting, and documentation.
- Take initiative, build expertise across relevant tools and processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
