About Pentatonic
Pentatonic is an AI technology company that builds and deploys physical AI. The business operates two divisions: retail AI solutions, and Seesa.ai, a unified organisational memory system for enterprise customers. This role sits within the Seesa division.
Seesa is live with its first customers, and a marketing campaign begins in October 2026. Customers deploy it either hosted or on their own infrastructure.
The role
We are recruiting an experienced software salesperson to take Seesa to market and grow it into a substantial revenue line. You will own new business end to end, converting inbound leads from the October campaign as well as building your own outbound pipeline, and closing across both deployment models.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Product Officer, based in our London N1 office with hybrid working.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed agreed quarterly and annual new-business revenue targets.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation and close.
- Respond to and convert inbound leads generated by marketing.
- Build and maintain an outbound pipeline into target accounts and sectors.
- Deliver product demonstrations and lead commercial and technical discussions with senior stakeholders, including CTOs, IT directors and heads of security.
- Guide customers through technical evaluation, security review and procurement.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast and activity records in the CRM.
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, sales collateral and the developing sales playbook.
- Feed customer requirements and competitive intelligence back to the product and engineering teams.
- Represent Seesa at industry events and customer meetings in the UK and occasionally overseas.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
