About NORTH

Based in London but operating globally, NORTH Agency builds bold, ambitious brands at the centre of culture, content and community. We're a fully integrated marketing, communications and production agency specialising in influencer marketing, experiential and events for global beauty and lifestyle brands.

We're a fast-scaling agency, our team, structure and ways of working are evolving quickly, and we need people who thrive in that environment. About the Role

As a Senior Accounts Executive at NORTH, you'll take ownership of small clients and projects end to end, while continuing to support the team on larger accounts. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key Behaviours

At NORTH, how you work matters as much as what you deliver. At Senior Accounts Executive level, we look for:

  • Ownership: owns outcomes on the clients and projects you manage, not just the tasks within them.
  • First-principle thinking: Proposes solutions independently rather than waiting to be told what to do.
  • Team impact: Supports larger accounts without being asked, spotting where the team needs help.
  • Communication: A confident, proactive point of contact for smaller client relationships.
  • Client judgement: Understands the budget and timeline implications of the decisions you make on your accounts.
  • Growth mindset: Seeks out stretch opportunities on bigger accounts, building toward account management.
