Join our growing Facultative Reinsurance Client Servicing team in Ipswich, working closely with Brokers, Client Relationship Managers, London market colleagues, global offices, clients and our Mumbai Placing & Billing team. The role supports the end-to-end delivery of bespoke facultative reinsurance solutions for a diverse client base, including insurers and Lloyd’s Syndicates. You will help understand client requirements, coordinate placements, manage documentation and provide a high level of ongoing client service.
The Role
- Work with Brokers and Client Relationship Managers to understand client needs and deliver appropriate reinsurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, markets and internal stakeholders.
- Provide high-quality end-to-end client service throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Support new business, renewals, placements, mid-term adjustments and policy documentation.
- Coordinate with the Mumbai Placing & Billing team on documentation, invoicing, queries and revisions.
- Review placement, market and client documentation to ensure accuracy before issue.
- Maintain accurate placement records and documentation within relevant systems.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and client queries, resolving issues efficiently and independently where appropriate.
- Complete required KYC, sanctions, third-party approval and market security checks in line with regulatory and business requirements.
- Support preparation of client and placement documentation, including quotes and confirmations of cover, as required.
- Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Work in accordance with WTW policies, procedures, FCA requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
- Support operational governance, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Undertake other duties appropriate to the level of the role.

Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Preferably ACII qualified or working towards ACII.
- Good knowledge of the (re)insurance market and client servicing.
- Proven experience delivering high levels of client service.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with clients, brokers, markets and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise deadlines and manage competing demands.
- Experience working with processes, systems and documentation to support client service delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and interpret large volumes of information.
- Good IT skills, including strong Excel and MS Office capability.
- Experience with relevant broking systems, Power BI and other industry systems would be advantageous.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different clients, colleagues and market stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and commitment to FCA and regulatory requirements.
