Senior Account Executive
Automated Security Validation | Enterprise Cybersecurity
UK Remote (Preference: Midlands / South) | £70,000 – £100,000 base | Uncapped OTE + Accelerators

A high-growth, VC-backed cybersecurity software business and a recognised market leader in Automated Security Validation. Founded in the mid-2010s, the company has built a platform that enables enterprise security teams to proactively and continuously test their own environments against real-world attack scenarios — identifying what is genuinely exploitable before threat actors do.
The business has raised significant VC funding across multiple rounds, has surpassed $100M in ARR, and serves over 1,000 enterprise customers globally. It is in a strong commercial position with significant growth momentum continuing across EMEA.
The Product
The platform includes three core product areas:
- Core platform — automated mapping, testing and validation of security controls across the full attack surface
- Credential Exposure — validating security posture against identity-based threats
- Ransomware Readiness — specific simulation and readiness testing against ransomware attack vectors

The platform safely simulates real adversarial attacks against a customer's own network, consolidates findings, identifies what is genuinely exploitable, and orchestrates remediation workflows. It is a key enabler of Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), a framework Gartner has identified as one of the highest-priority areas in enterprise cybersecurity.
The Role
Reporting into the Revenue Growth Leader for UK, Ireland and Nordics, this is a predominately new business role focused on landing new enterprise accounts across the UK. The target is approximately 12 new wins per year across large commercial organisations in regulated sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and close net-new enterprise accounts across target sectors
- Lead consultative sales cycles, educating prospects on the category and building business cases for security validation
- Sell into CISOs, security leadership and senior IT stakeholders
- Manage full sales cycle autonomously — strong SDR and pre-sales support available
- No account management responsibility — dedicated CSM team handles all post-sale relationships
- Opportunity to develop channel relationships as the partner programme matures

Territory
No territory restrictions for externally generated business. Inbound leads assigned by territory. Fully remote, UK-wide.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in cybersecurity sales — VAR, MSP or vendor all considered, as long as the domain is cyber
- Proven enterprise new business track record — someone who can hunt, build pipeline and close
- Comfortable with a consultative, education-led sales approach — the market is growing fast but requires patience and credibility
- Experience selling into regulated enterprise accounts — financial services, legal, retail
- Resilient and self-sufficient — long sales cycles require persistence and pipeline discipline
- Midlands or South UK location preferred
Package
- Base salary: £70,000 – £100,000 (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped OTE with strong accelerators above target
- Fully remote
