Company Description

Taurus Risk Management is a directly FCA-regulated insurance brokerage based in the City of London. We work with UK businesses and private clients to implement effective insurance strategies that ensure key risks are properly protected at the right price. Our approach focuses on practical solutions that meet each client's specific requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the London area, with some flexibility to work from home. Taurus is a growing brokerage entering its next phase of growth, with a clear focus on winning and servicing mid-size to large commercial accounts. The Senior Account Executive will play a central role in that journey, taking ownership of a portfolio of clients predominantly across UK real estate, hospitality, and leisure.

This is a genuine broking role that blends client ownership with new business production. You'll lead client relationships, drive renewal and placement strategy for complex programmes, and be encouraged and supported to generate your own leads, alongside servicing existing accounts and contributing to the firm's wider new business initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
