Public Relations Senior Account Executive | Eco Age
Location: London
Job Type: Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,500 depending on experience and performance

Eco Age is a renowned consultancy and media platform at the intersection of sustainability, fashion, beauty, and global change. Known for our prestigious Green Carpet Fashion Awards and impactful sustainability campaigns, we've partnered with global luxury brands and industry leaders to drive meaningful transformation in fashion and beauty. We're seeking a talented Senior Account Executive to help amplify our mission and strengthen our client relationships through purpose-driven campaigns.
Job Description:
This is the last rung before management, and we're looking for a dynamic go-getter with a hunger to progress and maintain our excellent standards. You'll be given increased exposure to clients, working across a range of sustainability-focused accounts within the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors.
The role calls for excellent writing skills alongside a strong ability to prioritise a busy workload, taking the lead on specific strands of activity and projects, including events, with minimal oversight from managers.
The ideal candidate will have two years' agency experience, or four years' experience in a similar field, with a genuine passion for sustainability and ethical fashion and beauty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft excellently written press releases and comment pieces in a timely fashion
- Take the lead on specific strands of activity and projects, such as events, with minimal oversight from managers
- Identify growth opportunities within the specific area of the business or client accounts you look after
- Proactively and enthusiastically identify opportunities for activity that will be of value to clients
- Demonstrate confidence and project authority in an increasingly client-facing role
- Take the lead on implementing tasks, following up and anticipating next steps
- Demonstrate well-grounded industry and policy knowledge in areas relevant to the client accounts you work on, particularly across sustainability and fashion
- Produce concise, high-quality written briefings and policy audits, summarising key issues
- Deliver excellent coverage results across broadcast, print and online media
- Support the wider team with social media content for Eco Age and clients, and help oversee strategy
Key Requirements:
- Two years' agency experience, or four years' experience in a similar area
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce press releases and comment pieces to a high standard and at pace
- A passion for teamwork, with strong communication skills and the ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, partners and suppliers
- An excellent grasp of the news agenda and a solid understanding of how to reach both corporate and consumer target audiences
- Good research and organisational skills
- A professional eye for detail and an enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Passion for sustainability, ethical fashion and beauty is essential

Desirable:
- Knowledge of the sustainable fashion and beauty landscape and key industry players
- Experience supporting or leading on event delivery
- Understanding of green marketing regulations and best practice
