About the role

  • Identify, qualify and win new strategic accounts across major management consulting firms.
  • Build and expand relationships across multiple practices, teams and seniority levels.
  • Lead with an evolving AI software proposition, while identifying opportunities for consulting services where appropriate.
  • Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CROs, CEOs and senior operational stakeholders.
  • Own complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and longer buying processes.
  • Self-generate pipeline through proactive outbound business development.
  • Shape messaging, commercials, targeting and go-to-market strategy as the proposition develops.
  • Work closely with Product, Delivery and Leadership teams, bringing customer feedback back into the business.
  • Own pipeline progression, forecasting and commercial reporting.
  • Establish yourself as a credible, trusted advisor within complex enterprise organisations.

Your previous experience

  • A strong track record of winning enterprise customers
  • Experience working within or selling into large management consulting firms.
  • A strong understanding of how major consultancies operate and how to navigate complex internal stakeholder structures.
  • Proven experience creating your own enterprise pipeline rather than relying predominantly on inbound opportunities.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to senior business and technical stakeholders.
  • Confidence selling both software and consulting services depending on the customer need.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple levels of an organisation.
  • Experience operating in a startup, scale-up or evolving product environment.
  • Comfort working with changing propositions, pricing, messaging and targeting.
  • A resilient, proactive and commercially driven approach to new business.
