Reporting to the Account Manager, the Accounts team serves as a catalyst for growth, engaging with clients to deliver our products and services tailored to their needs, creating value while fostering loyalty and advocacy.
The Senior Accounts Executive will play a critical role in maximising value through strategic efforts to deeply understand client needs, forge long-term loyalty beyond transactions, and strengthen relationships over time.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day relationship between Coffee-Design and your client portfolio to proactively strengthen and grow relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to create value and delight our clients with the Coffee Client Experience.
- Act as direct support to the Accounts Director in relation to strategic growth initiatives through new and existing client base.
- Maintain a deep understanding of your clients and their strategic direction, to allow you to identify and inform priorities for service development, including new products and feature enhancements.
- Identify and address client concerns, providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage account costings and ensure profitable relationships.
- Work to all department standards and success measures, utilising the resources and tools in place to support quality and consistent delivery of the full Coffee Client Experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions exceeding client expectations.
- Work with the Account Director in relation to the transition of new clients as part of the on-boarding experience.
- Support the Account Manager in all aspects of driving quality and consistency of delivery from within the function.
- Drive the ongoing review and evolution of the resources and tools in place to support team delivery (Knowledge Base mgnt. System, learning, client portfolios).
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform client strategies.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
- Own your continuous learning and development.
- Act as mentor and buddy to new and existing team members.
- As a team player be part of driving team success.
- Conduct project meetings, including kick-off, status, and review meetings.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and agency management.
- Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
