Senior Account Executive — Commercial Insurance Technology

Remote, UK | High-growth AI Insurtech | Base salary + uncapped commission + equity

A rapidly scaling AI Insurtech is hiring a commercially driven Senior Account Executive to expand its presence across the UK broker market.

The company’s intelligence platform helps commercial insurance professionals identify new opportunities, understand the market sooner and make smarter revenue decisions. With strong backing, clear product-market momentum and ambitious growth plans, this is an opportunity to join early and make a visible impact on the commercial organisation.

The opportunity

This is a true new-business role for someone who enjoys creating momentum from scratch. You’ll take ownership of the sales process end to end: identifying target accounts, opening conversations, diagnosing commercial challenges, demonstrating clear value and winning new customers. You will not be joining a business where opportunities are simply passed over. Success in this role comes from proactive prospecting, sharp qualification, credible consultative selling and the determination to consistently build a healthy pipeline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
