This role is primarily focused on developing relationships and opportunities within the UK and Europe.

What will you do?

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of Consumer Industry customers by identifying new opportunities, developing trusted relationships and helping customers realise value from Data and AI.

You will work closely with consulting, engineering and delivery teams to shape solutions that address customer challenges across areas such as customer analytics, marketing effectiveness, supply chain optimisation, forecasting, manufacturing operations and digital commerce.

As a key member of the sales team, you will develop account growth plans, manage opportunities through to close and work collaboratively with Microsoft, Databricks and other strategic partners to generate new business opportunities.

You will manage your pipeline independently while benefiting from our marketing capabilities, specialist consulting teams and strong relationships with Microsoft, Databricks, AWS and Google Cloud. All activity will be captured in HubSpot to support effective account governance, forecasting and collaboration across sales, consulting and delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of retail, CPG, FMCG and manufacturing customers.
  • Develop account plans and growth strategies for key customers.

  • Identify opportunities across customer analytics, personalisation, pricing and promotions, supply chain optimisation, demand forecasting, manufacturing operations, operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, merchandising, category management, digital commerce and retail operations.
  • Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to create high-quality customer solutions.
  • Work with Microsoft, Databricks and other partners to build and progress joint opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong network within Microsoft and Databricks field teams to increase market visibility and create new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account information within HubSpot.
  • Support marketing activities, customer events and industry conferences relevant to the Consumer Industries sector.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
