Senior Account Executive – Corporate

Multiple Locations Considered/ London/ Hybrid
Salary - Negotiable

Join one of the largest brokers globally as a Senior Account Executive bringing a book of business within the Leisure, Hospitality, Health & Wellbeing, and Attractions Corporate team.

The Team will consider most geographical locations, with a preference to Essex OR London on a hybrid basis.

About the role:

  • Inherit a book of 15 Corporate clients during your restrictive covenant
  • Clients will be from a range of industries, with a particular focus on Leisure, Hospitality, Health & Wellbeing, and Attractions
  • Leverage your industry connections for client retention and securing competitive rates with insurers
  • On average, £80,000 to £100,000 income per client
  • Conduct client meetings and visits both locally and in the City of London, present risks to insurers, and secure competitive, best-in-market quotations for both new business and renewal opportunities
  • Risks include Commercial Combined, Motor Fleet, D&O, PI, Liability, Product Recall, Marine Cargo, Cyber, Terrorism, Engineering, PTL and Crime, and Management Liability
  • Work alongside dedicated Account Handlers, who will support with the full policy lifecycle
  • Manage and prioritise your diary, tasks, and workflow effectively, ensuring all systems and records remain accurate and up to date
  • New business pipeline creation is required, leveraging your network within the industry

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities
  • Excellent network within the industry
  • Good client retention
  • After restrictive covenant, be able to approach your previous book of business
  • Proactive, results-driven, and aligned with a high-performance, client-first culture
  • Experience within Retail, Leisure, Hospitality, Health & Wellbeing, OR Attractions is required
