Amazon Ads

Amazon Ads is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions—including video, display, device ads, audio, and custom ads—leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their day. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more. We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising. If you’re interested in joining a rapidly growing team working to build a unique, world-class advertising group with a relentless focus on the customer, you’ve come to the right place.

About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive working within the CPG Vertical, you will use your experience selling TV/Video and digital advertising solutions to C-Level and their ad agencies to successfully grow and scale advertising revenues. You will utilise your broad and long-standing client-side and agency relationships within the advertising space, employ a consultative approach, and have a deep understanding of the TV and digital advertising landscape. Including Streaming TV, Live Sports, Device Ads, Audio, and Programmatic Video, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
