Position Overview
As the Senior Editorial Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering content across a range of clients and taking ownership of key tasks to support senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Supporting senior team members across accounts, taking on responsibility to support certain elements of projects
- Working closely with other members of Experience Content and other operational teams where relevant, encouraging communication & collaboration
- Being accountable for fulfilling workload, meeting deadlines, and keeping documentation up-to-date
Team Management
- Helping to support more junior team members, providing constructive feedback to develop their writing skills
- Engaging with and contributing to team meetings to drive collaboration
Content Execution
- Generating and optimizing content of various kinds – commercial, informational, engaging, offsite, creative
- Following content briefs to create content for various B2B and B2C clients, with the ability to manage different styles and TOVs
- Using approved in-house and third-party tools as directed to help in the content execution process
- Uploading and amending content in a CMS (WordPress, AEM, and similar)

Content Quality
- Reviewing and proofreading content to ensure our output meets quality requirements. Taking an active lead to support consistency on larger projects with multiple writers
- Ensuring content follows brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards
Sales and Strategy
- Supporting senior team members on content audits when required
- Supporting more senior team members to gather data and insights to review content performance
- Researching clients and competitors to help spot opportunities for development
- Monitoring content trends and relevant industry news to develop knowledge

- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to interpret information and draw meaningful insights
- Proactive and curious mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality work and seeing tasks through to completion
- Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Office Attendance Policy
