We are Seeking a Senior Account Executive
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to expand our presence in the APAC region. If you are passionate about blockchain, possess deep regional knowledge, and excel in building strategic client relationships, we want to hear from you.
Role Description
As the Senior Account Executive, APAC, you will lead Hypernative’s efforts to acquire and manage clients in the region, focusing on both DeFi and CeFi ecosystems. This is a high-impact role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, and deep understanding of blockchain technologies and financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Drive new business opportunities across APAC, targeting institutional clients, exchanges, protocols, chains, and traditional finance players exploring Web3.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the DeFi and CeFi ecosystems.
- Regional Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the APAC market to identify trends, cultural nuances, and opportunities unique to the region.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals, collaborating closely with the global sales and marketing teams.
- Product Advocacy: Understand Hypernative’s product offerings deeply to position them as essential solutions for risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Hypernative at industry events, conferences, and forums to establish our brand as a trusted partner in the Web3 ecosystem.

- Industry Experience: At least 3 years in the blockchain or financial technology space, with a proven track record in sales or business development.
- Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of the APAC market, including cultural nuances and regulatory landscapes.
- DeFi and CeFi Knowledge: Demonstrable understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, centralized finance (CeFi), and institutional blockchain adoption.
- Network: Established connections with key players in the region, such as exchanges, institutional investors, and ecosystem builders.
- Sales Acumen: Exceptional skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
