Aleta is looking for a Senior Account Executive to own our commercial growth across EMEA and build what comes next.

Family offices managing some of the world’s largest private fortunes already run on Aleta. We’re now scaling across EMEA, and we need someone who knows this world well to lead that growth from the front.

You’ll be the first dedicated owner of the region, so you’ll be shaping the strategy and the playbook for how Aleta wins it.

Why Aleta?

Aleta is a total wealth platform for family offices and their advisors. We consolidate everything an owner holds, from public equities and private markets to real estate, operating companies, art and aircraft, into one verified picture they can act on. We are headquartered in New York with offices in Denmark and Bangkok, have strong revenue growth, and monitor more than USD 100 billion of assets on the platform.

We are not an early experiment. Aleta was born inside a multi-family office, built on more than fifteen years of running wealth data, and we are backed by the family office of the founders of Pandora.

We have a tight-knit team of finance and software specialists and we’re expanding rapidly across North America and Europe. You’ll be writing the EMEA chapter.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle across EMEA, from first outreach to closed deal.
  • Engage family offices and their advisors across the region, helping them consolidate their wealth data and act on it with confidence.
  • Build and manage regional partner relationships that open doors and compound over time.
  • Shape Aleta’s go-to-market strategy for EMEA in direct collaboration with leadership.
  • Run demos and presentations that show family offices what a modern platform changes for them, day to day.
  • Lay the groundwork for the EMEA sales function: the processes and relationships the team will be built on as the territory scales.
  • Collaborate with marketing to sharpen regional messaging and lead generation.
  • Take the lead on APAC opportunities in the early phase, running sales meetings and developing the pipeline until a dedicated APAC hire comes on board, with a handover you’ll help shape.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

One thing is essential: you know the family office space well. You might have sold technology to family offices, worked for an advisor, or worked inside a family office. Any of these paths works, and that familiarity is the foundation everything else in this role builds on. Beyond it, we’re flexible:

  • Experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in fintech or wealth management.
  • A hunter mentality: you enjoy outbound, relationship building, and closing.
  • Strong consultative selling skills: you identify a family office’s real pain points and position a solution around them.
  • An existing network in the European family office ecosystem (a real advantage).
  • Comfort working remotely and independently across time zones.
  • A self-starter’s drive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A multi-jurisdictional, multicultural sensibility. EMEA covers a lot of ground, and you enjoy that.
