About Leena AI

Leena AI is an agentic AI platform that ships pre-built, pre-trained AI Colleagues for HR, IT, and Finance and gives enterprises a low-code/no-code agent studio to automate their back office. A Gartner Leader three years running, we power 20M+ employees across 500+ global enterprises—including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Panasonic, and MongoDB—auto-resolving 70%+ of tickets and delivering 4-10× measured ROI, with customers live in 45 days.

About The Role

Senior Account Executives at Leena AI drive new-logo acquisition and expansion across Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 enterprises. As a key member of the field sales team, you'll own complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation to signed contract—building pipeline, leading executive engagements with CIOs, CHROs, and CFOs, and orchestrating Sales Engineers, partners, and leadership to win. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll show enterprise leaders how agentic AI—AI Colleagues, low-code/no-code workflow automation, and enterprise-grade governance—transforms their back office and delivers measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts: prospecting, discovery, business case development, executive presentations, commercial negotiation, and close
  • Build and maintain a healthy, self-sourced pipeline through targeted outbound, account-based campaigns, events, and partner relationships, in collaboration with Marketing and SDRs
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans, mapping each customer's organization and buying committee across HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement
  • Lead value-based conversations with C-level and VP-level buyers, quantifying ROI and building compelling business cases around ticket deflection, productivity gains, and cost savings
  • Partner with Sales Engineers to run tailored demos, proofs of value, and RFP/RFI responses, and with Legal, Security, and Finance to navigate procurement and contracting
  • Forecast accurately and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual bookings targets
  • Work with Customer Success to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals, growing accounts across new departments, geographies, and AI Colleagues
  • Represent Leena AI at industry events and trade shows, and share customer and market feedback with product and leadership teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
