About the Sales Team
Our EMEA Sales team helps organizations see clearly what's working in their products and turn that into faster, smarter decisions. We're growing our enterprise footprint across key EMEA markets by bringing on people who know how to build trust with customers and close complex deals.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead Mixpanel's largest, most complex deals across key EMEA markets. You'll own strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end — building multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders, running complex sales cycles, and closing new business that shapes how the region grows. You'll work closely with GTM leadership as a strategic partner, anticipating market shifts and proactively shaping the regional approach rather than just executing within it. You'll also influence peers, sharing what's working across accounts to raise the bar for the wider team. This role suits someone who navigates ambiguity with confidence, builds trust quickly at the C-level, and thinks several steps ahead of the deal in front of them.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead a portfolio of the region's largest, most strategic enterprise accounts
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — from discovery to close — building tailored, ROI-based proposals for sophisticated buying committees
- Build and maintain a well-qualified pipeline and forecast for high-value, longer-cycle deals
- Build and influence relationships across the C-suite and other senior stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted, strategic partner
- Anticipate risks and shifts in your accounts and the broader market, and communicate proactively to keep deals and forecasts on track
- Partner with GTM leadership to shape regional strategy, bringing account-level insight into broader planning conversations
- Represent Mixpanel at industry events and regional forums as a senior voice for the business
- Track the competitive landscape and shape how Mixpanel's differentiation is positioned within the partner ecosystem
- Mentor and influence peers by sharing what's working in your accounts and adopting better ways of working across the team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
