About the Role
Senior Account Executives at Leena AI drive new-logo acquisition and expansion across Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 enterprises. As a key member of the field sales team, you'll own complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation to signed contract—building pipeline, leading executive engagements with CIOs, CHROs, and CFOs, and orchestrating Sales Engineers, partners, and leadership to win. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll show enterprise leaders how agentic AI—AI Colleagues, low-code/no-code workflow automation, and enterprise-grade governance—transforms their back office and delivers measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts: prospecting, discovery, business case development, executive presentations, commercial negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain a healthy, self-sourced pipeline through targeted outbound, account-based campaigns, events, and partner relationships, in collaboration with Marketing and SDRs.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans, mapping each customer's organization and buying committee across HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement.
- Lead value-based conversations with C-level and VP-level buyers, quantifying ROI and building compelling business cases around ticket deflection, productivity gains, and cost savings.
- Partner with Sales Engineers to run tailored demos, proofs of value, and RFP/RFI responses, and with Legal, Security, and Finance to navigate procurement and contracting.
- Forecast accurately and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual bookings targets.
- Work with Customer Success to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals, growing accounts across new departments, geographies, and AI Colleagues.
- Represent Leena AI at industry events and trade shows, and share customer and market feedback with product and leadership teams.

Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 4+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive selling to large enterprise customers.
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota, with experience closing six- and seven-figure, multi-year deals.
- Proven ability to self-source pipeline and break into new logos, navigating complex buying committees and long sales cycles.
- Experience with value- or solution-selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
- Executive presence and superb communication skills, including C-suite presentations, negotiation, and clear written communication.
- Curiosity about AI and agentic AI technologies and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel as needed.

Substantial experience selling into at least two of the following:
- HR Technology – HCM, HR service delivery, and employee experience platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
- IT Service Management – ITSM, enterprise service management, and digital workplace solutions such as ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.
- Finance & Back-Office Operations – Accounts payable, procurement, expense management, and shared-services transformation.
- AI & Automation – Conversational AI, RPA, agentic AI, and low-code/no-code workflow automation platforms.
- Enterprise SaaS Platforms – Multi-year, multi-stakeholder platform deals with CIO, CHRO, and CFO buyers.
