To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Your mission
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing relationships across our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) solution suite — including AML, KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), sanctions screening, and fraud prevention technology — within financial services enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who combines deep domain expertise in financial crime and regulatory compliance with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close — engaging C-level and senior compliance, risk, and technology stakeholders at banks, fintechs, payment providers, and other regulated financial institutions across EMEA.
What you'll do at UiPath
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Own and drive the full sales cycle for enterprise financial services accounts, from lead qualification to contract close.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of net-new logos and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed quota and revenue targets for AML/FCC compliance solutions.
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies for top-tier banks, fintechs, payment providers, and financial institutions.
Domain-Driven Selling
- Leverage deep knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, adverse media screening, entity resolution, case management, and regulatory reporting to credibly engage compliance and risk stakeholders.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements and financial crime trends (e.g., sanctions evasion, mule accounts, digital assets, AI-driven financial crime, beneficial ownership transparency) into clear business value propositions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, speaking fluently to regulatory pain points and compliance program needs.
- Understanding of positioning AI driven solutions across business, IT and transformation teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
