About the job
Senior Account Executive (Enterprise Sales / Founding AE)
Zaro is building the shared knowledge layer for enterprise AI. So that every AI assistant in an organisation inherits collective context instead of starting from zero. We have raised $5.1M from leading VCs including Cherry Ventures. We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to own enterprise revenue end-to-end: pipeline, pilots, and the first six-figure logos in a category that is being defined right now.
What you'll do
- Own the full enterprise cycle: prospect, qualify, run the pilot, negotiate, close, expand.
- Sell into Digital and AI Transformation leaders, CIOs, and CTOs at 1,000+ person organisations.
- Build outbound motion from scratch: sequences, target account lists, founder-led intros, events.
- Partner with the Forward Deployed Engineer to scope pilots that convert into paid deployments.
- Navigate enterprise procurement, security review, and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Feed the field back into product and marketing: objections, competitive patterns, pricing signal.
- Set the foundations the next AEs inherit: playbook, qualification criteria, CRM discipline.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with a track record of closing £100k+ ACV deals.
- Consistent quota attainment in a technical or platform product, ideally pre-Series A or Series A.
- Strong commercial storyteller who can hold a room with a CTO and a non-technical COO in the same hour.
- Comfortable selling a new category: no analyst quadrant, no budget line, no obvious comparison.
- Able to build pipeline yourself rather than wait for it, and to work a deal without a full support cast.
- Self-directed: you own outcomes, not tasks.
