Senior Account Executive – Selling into Premium Hospitality

Up to £85,000 base + £135,000 OTE – uncapped
London | Farringdon (hybrid with lots of in person client meetings)

The Opportunity

We need a proven, high-performing seller who has successfully sold into premium London hospitality operators — think leading restaurant groups, luxury hotels, private members’ clubs and premium multi-site operators.

You’ll be taking a truly disruptive, modern solution to market that is changing the way the very best hospitality operators connect with and manage temporary staff.

The platform removes the friction associated with the traditional agency model, giving operators greater speed, transparency and choice when accessing flexible talent.

From quality control and operational efficiency to pay transparency, workforce flexibility and cost management, the solution is becoming hugely valuable to key stakeholders across:

  • Operations
  • Recruitment & HR
  • Finance
  • Procurement
  • Leadership

This is not a transactional staffing sale.

This is a strategic, consultative sales role where you’ll engage senior decision-makers, understand complex workforce challenges and build high-value, long-term commercial partnerships.

You’ll be joining an elite, high-performing team with a world-class product, infrastructure, leadership and training behind you — but with a huge market opportunity still ahead.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
