We are hiring a Snr Account Executive to drive Digital Transformations across the higher-education sector.
You will join an established Salesforce partner with a strong reputation for delivering complex digital-transformation programmes for universities and education providers.
This is an opportunity to take a leading role in developing direct client relationships, working alongside Salesforce and internal delivery teams to create meaningful, long-term change for institutions.
The role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle across enterprise higher-education accounts: developing senior relationships, identifying transformation opportunities, shaping compelling solutions and converting opportunities into successful engagements.
You will engage stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, Directors of Digital, IT Directors, Registry, Student Services, Marketing and wider executive leadership teams.
Your focus will be on helping institutions understand how technology can improve student experience, operational efficiency, data insight and engagement across the learner lifecycle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
