Senior Account Executive – HR Tech SaaS
Salary: £75k - £95k Fixed, (50/50 split) £150k - £190k OTE (there is some flex)
Location: London Office – Hybrid – 2x days per week in office
An exceptional new Senior Account Executive opportunity with a growing ‘HR Tech’ SaaS solutions vendor.
With award-winning technology, their end-to-end SaaS platform helps businesses (Mid-market & Enterprise across EMEA) with the complexities of global mobility, immigration, company setup, tax compliance, and HR regulations.
A start-up vendor with a great reputation already. They have strong leadership, a supportive culture and are growing quickly. There’s lots of opportunity, and an exceptional platform for earnings!

My client likes intelligent and energetic AEs with integrity. Those that can operate at Enterprise level and work around some complexity. Certainly, a self-starter (no hand-holding needed) and someone organised.
Must Have:

At least 4-years in a quota-carrying SaaS solutions sales role, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.

Get help with your application

- Own the end-to-end full sales process.
- Build and convert pipeline through proactive outbound outreach.
- Run structured, value-based sales processes using MEDDIC or a similar methodology.
- Prepare business cases and proposals for C-level decision-makers in Legal, HR, Ops, and Compliance.
- Collaborate with BDRs, and marketing.
