Job Description
Why FleishmanHillard?
We have been named PRWeek’s Global Agency of the Year and Best Places to Work; a “Standout Agency” on Advertising Age’s A-List; NAFE’s “Top 50 Companies for Executive Women” for six years running; and among our firm’s award-winning work we’ve taken home 5 Lions at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity in previous years.
We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable working environment for everyone. As the only PR Agency awarded EY’s National Equality Standard (twice!), all applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age. Do let us know if you need any adjustments made during the interview process.
The team
Our Brand Impact team harness the collective power of creative, social and strategic marketing to produce electric, infectious and award-winning communications. We create provocative, inspiring solutions for big brands with stories to tell - which could be anything from traditional media, social first content and creators to an installation, film, event or long-term movement. And while we’re part of a successful global group, we have developed a ‘start-up’ mentality of bravery and entrepreneurialism, rooted in business-changing ideas.
Working alongside PR, social, creative and earned media specialists in the UK and across our global network, you’ll be working on brands you recognise and campaigns that have the potential to make an impact beyond social.
The role
Influencers and creators are changing the way brands show up in culture and we’re looking for someone who wants to be right in the middle of it.
You’ll be primarily focused on influencer and creator work, helping turn briefs into ideas, ideas into creator partnerships and creator partnerships into work people actually want to watch, share and tell their mates about.
Alongside this, you’ll bring your PR instincts to the table, identifying opportunities to turn creator activity, cultural moments and client stories into earned media. You’ll work across both disciplines to help our clients build relevance and conversation.
You’ll be plugged into what’s happening across traditional media and social including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Substack and beyond, spotting the cultural moments, creators, communities and trends that matter. You’ll help find the right Influencers and creators for our clients, work with them to bring our client’s key messages to life, review content and report campaign successes and learnings back to clients.

- Manage campaign admin and timelines accurately including briefs, deliverables, approvals, usage rights and gifting

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
