Senior Account Executive – Insurtech
Based London (hybrid - 3 days office)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing fintech business operating at the heart of the London insurance market. This innovative organisation has transformed the way brokers and insurers transact business and is now embarking on an ambitious commercial growth journey, creating new products, expanding revenue streams and driving increased market adoption.
My client is specifically seeking a proven SaaS/technology sales professional with experience selling into the London Market insurance sector. Candidates must have a track record of selling technology, software, data or digital solutions to brokers, insurers, MGAs or other London Market insurance organisations.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across an established client base while helping bring new solutions to market. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities and operating in a highly visible, client-facing role.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will focus on identifying and converting opportunities within existing client accounts, increasing adoption of technology solutions and driving revenue growth across the London Market insurance sector. This role is highly market-facing and will suit someone who thrives on relationship building, enjoys meeting clients regularly and has the drive to operate in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Success in this role will require previous experience selling SaaS, technology, data or digital solutions directly into London Market insurance organisations, with an understanding of the market's key stakeholders, buying processes and commercial drivers.

What you’ll need
- Experience working in a Business Development capacity or Commercial Sales role selling SaaS, technology, data or digital solutions into the London Insurance Market
- Strong network and understanding of brokers, insurers, MGAs and other London Market participants
- Proven track record of generating revenue and winning business
- Experience selling technology or data-driven solutions
- Strong client facing and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to generate opportunities and manage a sales pipeline
- A proactive, resilient and target-driven mindset
