Job Description:
Tasks and Responsibilities
Client Strategy
- Building relationships cross-functionally to provide support on Investment requirements for clients, including Business Leadership, Activation, Solutions, and other Investment teams (e.g. Trading and Client Solutions).
- Provide support on Investment elements of the Campaign Lifecycle from briefing through to reconciliation, such as helping with the Planning Framework delivered to tactical planning teams.
- Provide reporting, research and ideas as required to assist with annual client investment plans.
- Provide reporting and insights to drive delivery against Trading targets for their clients.
Engagement and Industry
- Presence Provide internal digests of industry trends, news and POVs on a weekly basis.
- Work with media owners and partners to ensure creds, case studies, rate-cards and training materials are kept up to date.
- Be a key point of contact for media owners on campaign-level briefing, collaborating with them to develop responses that align with client and internal requirements.
- Complete any required compliance and risk management training to ensure planning follows company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in delivery of Media Owner engagement plans e.g. managing internal sessions, workshops, or training.

Training & Team
- Complete all required training and learning opportunities for proprietary solutions and partner development.
- Ensure channel knowledge is kept high to develop market-leading plans and strategies.
- Provide operational support to the Investment Planning team such as setting the agenda and providing pre-reads for internal and partner sessions as well as fulfilling data and reporting requirements.
About You
- Experience working with a range of media owners and partners, building collaborative relationships to support campaign planning
- Cross-channel knowledge across multiple media partners, with the ability to contribute to client planning and briefs.
- Ability to interpret client briefs and support the planning process
