Up to £32k
We’re working with a Cheshire based integrated marketing agency to help them find a bright and ambitious Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager to join their team.
Our Client
A well-established agency set up by two senior agency folk from large network agency backgrounds. They work with some great consumer clients and major brand names across a variety of sectors. They are predominantly office based with alternate Fridays working from home.
The Role
You’ll get genuine client contact and the opportunity to contribute towards creative and strategic solutions as they’re a small hands-on team. They work with fast paced consumer clients across advertising, branding, design, packaging, digital, social and integrated campaigns. You’ll help take briefs, manage projects and timings, keeping multiple jobs moving.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You
They’re looking for a minimum of 2 years’ agency experience; they’re open as to what type of agency that could be as long as you are used to the fast pace of agency life, dealing directly with clients and creative teams. You might be a Senior Account Executive ready to step up, or a newer Account Manager looking for broader experience and more responsibility. You should be organised, commercially aware, confident with clients and good with people, keen to work on some genuinely great brands.
