Senior Account Executive / Junior Account Manager - F1 (Ticketing)

London | £35,000 + bonus

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior AE / Junior AM to join a leading sports marketing agency, working across a major global Formula 1 partnership.

Sitting within a specialist partnerships team, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of international ticketing, hospitality and guest programmes around the Formula 1 calendar. This is a highly client-facing position, combining account management with detailed operational delivery and regular communication with international markets, rights holders and suppliers.

Day-to-day

  • Manage global ticketing programmes across Formula 1 races and associated events.
  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for the client across ticketing, hospitality and guest management activity.
  • Oversee ticket inventory, allocations, approvals and utilisation across multiple international markets.
  • Manage the guest journey from invitation and registration through to event attendance and post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate with international teams, rights holders and external suppliers to ensure ticketing and hospitality requirements are delivered effectively.
  • Own timelines and operational planning around key events, ensuring deadlines and deliverables remain on track.
  • Produce regular reports covering ticket allocations, utilisation, guest attendance and overall programme performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and the overall guest experience.
  • Lead regular client updates, proactively identifying challenges and recommending solutions.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to the wider delivery of other sports and entertainment partnerships where required.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working within Formula 1 or the wider motorsport industry.
  • Experience managing ticketing, hospitality or guest programmes within sport or live events.
  • Strong client servicing skills and confidence managing multiple stakeholders across different markets.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, particularly when working across large volumes of ticketing and guest information.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with online platforms, databases or guest management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of projects and keep activity moving forward.
  • Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team while taking responsibility for your own workstreams.
  • Flexibility to travel and support on-site delivery at events where required.
