The Opportunity
We're working with an ambitious, independent marketing agency in West Yorkshire that is looking to strengthen its Client Services team with the appointment of a Senior Account Executive.
This is a great opportunity for an agency-side Senior Account Executive who wants to work in a genuinely integrated environment, gaining exposure across a broad mix of marketing channels and working closely with specialists across the agency.
We're not necessarily looking for someone who is an expert across every discipline. You may have developed a particular strength in areas such as digital, social, creative, content, media, or brand — but you'll need to have a good understanding of the wider marketing landscape and, importantly, be excited by the opportunity to work across integrated campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of client accounts and integrated marketing activity, working closely with Account Managers, Account Directors, and wider agency specialists.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts and relationships.
- Coordinating integrated campaigns across multiple channels and disciplines.
- Working with internal teams across creative, digital, media, social, content, and other specialist functions.
- Managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal processes to ensure work is delivered effectively.
- Supporting the development of briefs and translating client requirements into clear internal briefs.
- Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Contributing to campaign planning, ideas, and strategic discussions.
- Coordinating feedback between clients and internal teams.
- Supporting reporting and understanding campaign performance and outcomes.
- Helping to identify opportunities to develop client accounts and introduce additional agency capabilities.
- Taking increasing ownership of projects and client activity as your experience develops.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your Channel Experience
You might have a particular strength in digital, paid media, social, creative, content, CRM, PR, brand, or another discipline. That's absolutely fine.
What's important is that you're not operating in a silo.
You'll need to understand the role that different channels play within the wider customer journey and be comfortable working alongside specialists to deliver joined-up campaigns.
The broader your channel exposure, the better — but curiosity and a genuine desire to work in an integrated environment are just as important as your existing experience.
Why This Agency?
This is an opportunity to join an independent, fully integrated agency where you'll have the opportunity to work across a genuinely broad range of clients, projects, and marketing disciplines.
You'll be joining a collaborative environment where Client Services sits at the heart of the agency, giving you the opportunity to develop your career beyond simply managing individual channels and become a well-rounded integrated marketer.
For the right person, it's an excellent opportunity to build on your existing agency experience, broaden your skill set, and progress within a growing independent agency.
