Be part of a fast-growing AI-native engineering business that's just landed a major strategic partnership with a leading global AI provider and is scaling fast off the back of its best-ever year.

Their agentic engineering platform is already deployed with a number of well-known enterprise and consumer brands, helping them automate their software build cycle, delivering roughly 3x faster and at around half the cost of traditional models.

This is a brilliant career opportunity:

  • £70k–£80k base salary + Year 1 OTE £130k, rising to £200k+ from Year 2
  • Hybrid role (you can be based either North West England or London)
  • Strategic sales focus at C-level, primarily CTO and CFO
  • High-growth AI-native business, doubling its sales team this year
  • You'll be joining at a pivotal stage, closing deals worth £500k–£1m as the business scales its new agentic go-to-market

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Driving new logo acquisition, signing 4–6 new clients a year, with full cycle ownership
  • Building and expanding executive relationships across CTO, CIO, CDO and CFO stakeholders
  • Leading MEDDPICC-qualified deals from first engagement through to close
  • Self-generating your own pipeline, backed by dedicated marketing support
  • Bringing executive sponsorship to bear at key stages of the cycle

About you (To respect your time, please only apply if you have this experience)

  • Proven track record closing significant enterprise technology deals
  • Strong self-generation skills (not just working inbound leads or managing existing accounts)
  • Comfortable running long, multi-threaded cycles across C-level stakeholders
  • Disciplined qualifier, MEDDPICC or equivalent, with forecasts that stick
  • Currently performing in a similar enterprise technology or software sales role
