Senior Account Executive

Artsy and Artnet are hiring a Senior Account Executive to grow and manage a portfolio of gallery partners across our full product suite. Business fluency in French is highly desirable, with German or Spanish language skills considered a plus.

You'll manage a book of 150+ galleries and report to your regional Sales Lead. You'll own retention and growth for your portfolio, renewing subscriptions, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring partners see meaningful value from the products they purchase. You'll sell across Artsy gallery subscriptions, the Artnet Gallery Network, advertising, the Artnet Price Database, and new products and initiatives as they launch.

This is a senior, commercially driven role that requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and operational excellence. You'll be expected to independently manage your revenue targets, navigate complex negotiations, and proactively identify opportunities to offset revenue risk through growth elsewhere in your portfolio.

Success requires balancing high-volume account management and administrative responsibilities with thoughtful, personalised customer engagement. You'll use Salesforce, Looker, AI, and automation tools to streamline workflows, maintain exceptional data hygiene, and create more capacity for meaningful, human-focused client relationships.

Beyond delivering your own results, you'll contribute to a collaborative, ego-free team culture by sharing your expertise, successes, and learnings to help those around you succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Own retention and revenue growth for a portfolio of 150+ gallery partners, independently managing renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities to achieve quarterly targets.
  • Sell bundles and multi-product solutions across Artsy and Artnet, including new products and initiatives as they launch.
  • Build a deep understanding of each gallery's business, using consultative discovery to recommend solutions aligned with their needs, goals, and financial circumstances.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, confidently handling pricing objections, payment challenges, and renewal discussions while balancing customer relationships with revenue retention goals.
  • Proactively manage revenue risk, identifying opportunities to offset downgrades, churn, or other negative revenue changes through growth elsewhere in your portfolio.
  • Strategically segment and prioritise accounts based on revenue potential, customer needs, and growth opportunities, ensuring your time and attention are invested effectively.
  • Manage a high volume of customer requests, administrative tasks, and client deliverables, including advertising placements and other product commitments, with exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts in Salesforce, ensuring consistently high standards of data hygiene.
  • Leverage Looker, AI, and automation tools to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, streamline repetitive tasks, and create more time for personalised, high-value customer interactions.
  • Plan several quarters ahead, anticipating renewal challenges, identifying risks early, and proactively developing strategies to protect and grow your book of business.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless delivery of products and services and an excellent partner experience.
  • Actively support your peers by sharing best practices, successful strategies, and lessons learned, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
