Senior Account Executive – Medical Communications

Up to £38,000 + benefits
Hybrid working | Home Counties

Are you a Senior Account Executive with experience in medical communications or medical education, looking for a role where you can take real ownership of projects and have a clear route to Account Manager?

Our client is an established and growing medical communications agency with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality medical education programmes for pharmaceutical clients. They are looking for a talented Senior Account Executive to join their client services team and become a key part of the day-to-day operation.

You’ll be the person helping to keep projects moving, bringing together clients, healthcare professionals and internal teams, and making sure everything is delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard.

The agency is keen to support someone who is ready to develop their skills and progress to Account Manager within the next 12 months.

The role

You'll support the day-to-day management of pharmaceutical client accounts, taking increasing ownership of projects and developing your confidence across client management, project delivery and financial management.

You'll work closely with scientific, creative and production colleagues to deliver a variety of medical education and communications programmes, while building strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
