Senior Account Executive (New Business)
Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid, 3 days a week in the office)
Salary: Up to £80,000 basic + uncapped commission + car allowance

Our client is an established and growing managed service provider with a strong reputation and a loyal client base, ranging from SMEs to large organisations across a broad mix of sectors. They deliver managed IT, cloud, security and connectivity solutions, backed by an experienced technical team and strong vendor partnerships.
The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new logo growth. This is a true hunter role for a seasoned MSP sales professional who loves opening doors, building pipeline and closing multi-service deals across cloud, connectivity, infrastructure and security. With a trusted brand and a broad portfolio behind you, you'll have everything you need to win.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new business across the SME, mid-market and enterprise space, focusing on new logo acquisition
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, events, referrals and partner relationships
- Sell a broad portfolio of managed IT, cloud, connectivity, infrastructure and security solutions
- Lead consultative conversations with C-level and senior decision makers, building tailored solutions
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present compelling proposals
- Own the full sales cycle, from first meeting through negotiation, contract and handover
- Consistently hit and exceed new business and MRR targets
- Keep the CRM accurate and provide clear pipeline forecasting
- Represent the business at industry, networking and partner events

What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 6 years' new business sales experience within an MSP, selling cloud, connectivity, infrastructure and security solutions (essential)
- A strong track record of winning new logos and exceeding targets, ideally measured in MRR or ARR
- A true hunter mentality: self-motivated, resilient and comfortable building your own pipeline
- Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and presentation skills
- Based within commuting distance of Milton Keynes, ideally with an established network across the Home Counties or Midlands
- Full UK driving licence
