Senior Account Executive, Nordics & Baltics

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Executive, Nordics & Baltics based in United Kingdom.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will own revenue growth across the Nordics and Baltics, focusing on strategic enterprise customers and high-value opportunities.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from account-based prospecting and discovery through complex negotiations, stakeholder alignment, and closing.

The role combines new-logo acquisition with systematic expansion of existing customers across a broad software security portfolio.

You will build trusted relationships with senior technology and security leaders, positioning solutions around measurable business outcomes and strategic priorities.

Strong commercial discipline will be essential, with responsibility for pipeline quality, accurate forecasting, territory planning, and quarterly and annual quota attainment.

You will also contribute to regional market visibility through events, campaigns, customer forums, and partnerships with business development and marketing teams.

This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability opportunity for an enterprise sales professional who thrives on ownership, predictable execution, and ambitious growth targets.

Accountabilities

  • Own revenue growth and sales execution across an assigned territory covering the Nordics and Baltics.
  • Develop and execute proactive, account-based outbound strategies targeting enterprise organizations across the region.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles end to end, from prospecting and discovery through value positioning, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and closing.
  • Drive consistent new-logo acquisition while expanding existing customer relationships through structured upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Promote a portfolio of software supply chain and security solutions, identifying opportunities to broaden customer adoption across multiple products.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, multi-quarter pipeline capable of supporting consistent quarterly and annual revenue performance.
  • Maintain rigorous Salesforce CRM hygiene, ensuring opportunities, deal stages, next steps, and expected close dates are accurate and up to date.
  • Lead weekly forecast reviews and take full ownership of commit targets, upside opportunities, risks, next steps, and expected outcomes.
  • Exercise independent commercial judgment to overcome deal roadblocks, manage internal alignment, and navigate complex enterprise negotiations.
  • Build consultative, trust-based relationships with VPs of Engineering, CISOs, enterprise IT leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Position solutions around customer challenges, business outcomes, risk reduction, development efficiency, and long-term strategic value.
  • Partner closely with Business Development Representatives and Field Marketing to generate targeted pipeline and engage relevant prospect communities.
  • Represent the organization as a regional subject matter expert at targeted marketing campaigns, field events, customer forums, and industry activities.
  • Increase regional market visibility and develop strong customer references across the developer, software, and security communities.
  • Leverage AI-enabled sales tools, data insights, and structured workflows to improve territory planning, prospecting, prioritization, and execution.
  • Consistently work toward quarterly and annual ARR targets across new customer acquisition and account expansion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
